Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when it has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please refer to the estimates below:

  • United States, United Kingdom & Europe — 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World — 7–12 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our carrier's tracking portal.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
  • If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact our support team

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control, including:
